This Criminal Petition under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure (for short 'Cr.P.C') is filed to quash the proceedings in Cr.No.156 of 2012 on the file of Mandamarri Police Station, Mandamarri (M), Adilabad District, registered for the offence punishable under Section 3 (i) (x) of SCs and STs (POA) Act. During hearing, learned Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana, submitted that the police after investigation filed Final Report Dt. 15.11.2014 referring the case as false. In that view of the matter, the cause in this petition does not survive for consideration and therefore, it is liable to be dismissed. In view of the above respective submissions of both sides, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, in this case, shall stand closed.
