THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.8648 of 2018 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed challenging the action of the third and fourth respondents in not fixing the boundaries on the petitioner's house site bearing Plot No.8 in Survey No.364/1 of Sangam Village and Mandal, SPSR Nellore District.

This Court noticed that the petitioner did not follow the procedure prescribed under law seeking survey and for fixing boundaries. She has to file an application in the prescribed proforma by paying requisite fee.

In view of the above, this Court is not inclined to entertain the present Writ Petition, but gives liberty to the petitioner to file an application in accordance with law. As and when such application is filed, it is needless to observe that the third and fourth respondents shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law.

The Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
