The present Contempt Case is filed under Sections 10 to 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act alleging that the respondent has willfully and deliberately disobeyed the order dated 17.03.2015 passed in W.P.No.5911 of 2015.

At the time when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner says that the petitioner has already withdrawn the Writ Petition and also seeks permission to withdraw this Contempt Case.

Permission as sought for is accorded.

Accordingly, the Contempt Case is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
