.....RESPONDENTS Petition Under Article 226 of lhe Constitution of lndia praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue an appropriate Writ, Order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the Respondent Nos.2 to 4 in not releasing the my rice 25 tonnes Vehicle truck (open body) bearing Registration No. CG-04-MZ-5772 passion pro bike bearing No. TS-1 1-EG-3635 seized pursuant to the complaint made by the 4th Respondent in Crime No. 387 of 2020, dated 22-07-2020, as being illegal, improper and arbitrary, without any authority of law.
