As seen from the record, the appeal against the 1st respondentowner of the offending Van bearing registration No.AHT-5184 was dismissed on 20.09.2005 and the appeal against the 3rd respondentRTC was dismissed on 06.01.2012 and since then, no steps have been taken by the appellants-claimants. The matter underwent several adjournments. It appears that the appellants-claimants have no interest to pursue the appeal. There is no point in keeping this appeal pending.
