HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No. 11072 of 2015 ORDER:

In this petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C, petitioners/A1 to A3 seek to quash the proceedings in Crime No. 263 of 2015 of Panjagutta Police Station, Hyderabad, registered for the offences under Sections 406 & 420 r/w 34 IPC.

When the matter came up for hearing, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor produced the Final Result of FIR No. 263 of 2015 dated 02.4.2015 of Sub-Inspector of Police, Panjagutta Police Station, Hyderabad and submitted that the case has been compromised amicably and parties are not showing any interest with the investigation and therefore, the petition which is filed to quash the proceedings in Crime No. 263 of 2015 has become infructuous and hence the same may be dismissed.

In view of the above submission of learned Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as Infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
