When the matter is taken up for hearing, while reiterating the written instructions, dated.15-03-2018, furnished by the Sub Inspector of Police, Nallakunta Police Station, it is submitted by the learned Government Pleader for Home that on the basis of the complaint of the petitioner herein, police registered a case in Cr.No.49 of 2018 on the file of Nallakunta Police Station and taken up investigation. In view of the same, nothing further survives for adjudication in this writ petition.
