The learned counsel for the appellants would submit that since the subject suit in O.S.No.442 of 2004 on the file of the I Senior Civil Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar, was disposed of, nothing survives for adjudication in this appeal, which is filed challenging interlocutory order passed in the said suit.

Recording the said submission, the appeal is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
