O R D E R

The Contempt Case has been filed alleging non-compliance with the order dt.28.07.2017 in W.P.M.P.No.31125 of 2017 in W.P.No.25097 of 2017.

In the said interim order, this Court directed the Principal Secretary to the State of Telangana, Education Department, to consider the petitioners' representations dt.08.05.2017 and 03.06.2016 within six weeks.

Government Pleader for Education has produced Proceedings in Memo No.2750/IE/A1/2014 dt.23.08.2017 issued by the Special Chief Secretary to Government, Higher Education (IE) Department, rejecting the representations of the petitioners. 5.

In this view of the matter, no case is made out for punishing the respondents for contempt.
