HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M. SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.4905 of 2012 ORDER :

This revision is filed, under Article 227 of Constitution of India, by the petitioners-defendants, challenging the order, dated 30.08.2012, passed by the II-Additional Senior Civil Judge, Kakinanda, in I.A.No.429 of 2012 in O.S.No.134 of 2010, whereunder the petition filed under Order VI Rule 17 and Section 151 C.P.C. seeking permission to amend the written statement was dismissed assigning reasons by the Court.

During pendency of the revision, the suit was disposed of on 09.06.2014. In view of disposal of main suit in O.S.No.134 of 2010, nothing remains in this revision for adjudication. Accordingly, the revision is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
