Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana would represent that after completion of investigation, the charge sheet was filed and P.R.C. was assigned and on committal, the Sessions Court assigned S.C.No.184 of 2016 on the file of the Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Hyderabad.

In view of the said submission, the present petition has become infructuous. Hence, the present Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
