Heard Sri Asadullah Shareef, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Municipal Administration and Urban Development (TG) for the first respondent, Sri N.Ashok, learned Standing Counsel for the respondents 2 and 6 and the learned Government Pleader for Home (TG) for the respondents 3 to 5.

2. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the principal grievance of the petitioner herein in the present writ petition is the non-consideration of representation submitted by the petitioner on 09.10.2014 to the Commissioner, Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation, Hyderabad. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has made the said representation on 09.10.2014, but no action has been taken by the Municipal Corporation of Hyderabad.

3. Taking into consideration the nature of controversy, this Court is of the considered opinion that the ends of justice would be met if a direction is issued to the second respondent herein to consider and take appropriate action on the representation dated 09.10.2014 said to have been submitted by the petitioner herein fixing some time.

4. For the aforesaid reasons, the writ petition is disposed of, directing the second respondent herein to consider the representation said to have been submitted by the petitioner herein on 09.10.2014 and to pass appropriate orders as expeditiously as possible, in accordance with law. The Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand disposed of.
