O R D E R

The prayer of the petitioners in this case is as under: 'For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, it is prayed that the Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the Respondent No.5 in not proceeding with the investigation and filing report in Cr. No. 659 of 2015 registered for the offence U/Sec. 420, 406, 120-B, 34 of I.P.C. & Sec. 156(3) of Cr.P.C. against the Respondents No. 6 & 7 as illegal, arbitrary, unjust and consequently direct the Respondent No.5 to proceed with the investigation in Cr. No. 659 of 2015 and to act in accordance with law in fair and transparent manner and pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.' Written instructions dated 11.04.

2016 were furnished by the Inspector of Police, Saroornagar Police Station, Cyberabad Commissionerate, to the office of the learned Government Pleader for Home, wherein he stated that upon due investigation in Crime No.659 of 2015 registered under Sections 420, 406, 468, 120(B) IPC read with Section 34 IPC, the police authorities came to the conclusion that no case was made out to proceed further. Final report dated 22.09.2015 was accordingly filed before the learned XI Metropolitan Magistrate at L.B.Nagar, Ranga Reddy District, referring the case as 'false'. An intimation to that effect was also given to the petitioners as is evidenced by the registration slips produced.

In the light of the aforestated developments, it is for the petitioners to take recourse to appropriate proceedings in accordance with law if they are aggrieved by the conclusion arrived at by the police authorities in relation to Crime No.659 of 2015.

Reserving liberty to the petitioners to do so, the writ petition is closed. Pending miscellaneous petitions shall also stand closed in the
