THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE P.KESHAVA RAO WRI T PETI TI ON NO. 26033 OF 2013 ORDER:

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Pleader appearing for respondent Nos. 1 and 2.

The prayer sought in the Writ Petition is as under: "... to issue a writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction, declaring the action of the respondent No.2 in calling the petitioners to the police station and interfering in the civil disputes, as illegal, arbitrary, null and void and consequently the respondent No.2 may be interdicted from calling the petitioners to the police station and interfering in the civil disputes between the petitioner No.1 and the respondents Nos. 3 and 4."

During the course of hearing, learned Government Pleader placed on record, the written instructions received from the Sub-Inspector of Police, Panjagutta Police Station, Hyderabad.

From the perusal of the said written instructions, it is revealed that respondent No.4 herein lodged a complaint before the State Human Rights Commission making allegations against the petitioners. Pursuant to the said complaint, the Assistant Commissioner of Police, Panjagutta Division,

Hyderabad was directed to send enquiry report in the said petition vide HR Case No.2187 of 2012 dated 22.9.2012. After conducting an enquiry, a report was sent on 4.12.2012 to the Secretary, State Human Rights Commission, Hyderabad. Except the said enquiry and submission of the report, respondent Nos. 1 and 2 have nothing to do with the civil disputes pending between the petitioners and respondent Nos. 3 and 4. It is also stated that they never interfered in the civil disputes between the parties.

Taking the said submission into consideration, this Court is of the opinion that no further orders are required in the Writ Petition.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand closed. No order as to costs.
