ORDER

The petitioners were already protected by the order of this Court dated 3.7.2015 in W.P.No.20154 of 2015. The relevant portion thereof reads as follows: "Till the disposal of the stay application or the appeal, whichever is earlier in point of time, the notice under challenge shall stand suspended" The petitioners state that they have filed an appeal on 31.08.2015 along with stay application and no date is fixed there on. The present writ petition is filed apprehending demolition of shops.

The order of this Court referred to above fully protects the petitioners and there is no reason for the petitioners to once again approach this Court by filing this writ petition and seek the self same order. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed.

There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
