This Company Application is filed for an order to: i) dispense with the publication of notice inform No.63 in newspapers for inviting the claims from the creditors of the company in liquidation stated in para 3 in the affidavit. ii) permit the Official Liquidator to issue the notices to the claimants who have filed voluntary claims with this office i.e., Employees Provident Fund Organisation, Commercial Tax Department and Customs and Central Excise.

iii) dispense with the issuance of notices to the creditors as per Rule 148 (2) of the Companies (Court) Rules, 1959.

iv) permit the Official Liquidator to exercise all the powers required for adjudication of claims.

The Official Liquidator filed the report stating that he has received the following claims from the creditors of the company in liquidation.

3. In view of the facts and circumstances stated in the affidavit and by taking into consideration of the report of the Official Liquidator, this application is allowed.
