This civil revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the in action of A.P.Tenancy Tribunal-cum-Principal Junior Civil Judge, Gannavaram, in deciding I.A.No.451 of 2016 in I.A.No.320 of 2015 in A.T.C.No.2 of 2015 expeditiously.

Heard both sides.

Learned counsel for the petitioner requested that the trial Court may be directed to decide the matter expeditiously. Acceding to the request of the learned counsel, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of directing A.P. Tenancy Tribunal-cum-Principal Junior Civil Judge, Gannavaram, to decide I.A.No.451 of 2016 in I.A.No.320 of 2015 in A.T.C.No.2 of 2015, in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible and in any event, not later than one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.

Pending miscellaneous petitions in the petition, if any, shall stand closed.
