HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE DILIP B. BHOSALE AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT Writ Petition No.19777 of 2015 PC: (Per the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice Dilip B. Bhosale) This writ of Habeas Corpus is filed by the petitioner-husband seeking production of his wife, Smt. C. Haritha, daughter of respondent No.4, who according to the petitioner, is illegally detained by her parents.

Smt. C. Haritha is present in the Court. She states that she has not been illegally detained by her parents and she is presently staying with them as per her wish and she would take her decision whether to join the company of the petitioner at appropriate time.
