THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.3636 OF 2016 ORDER:

This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the judgment dated 11.04.2016 in C.M.A.No.80 of 2010 on the file of the Court of the XIII Additional District and Sessions Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar.

At the time of arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the revision petition with liberty to urge the points raised in this revision before the appropriate forum. Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty as prayed for. There shall be no order as to costs.
