This Civil Revision Petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed by the petitioner-1st defendant, assailing the order, dated 31.05.2014, of the learned Junior Civil Judge, Mylavaram, passed in I.A.No.434 of 2013 in O.S.No.143 of 2010.

Learned counsel for the petitioner-1st defendant is present. 3.

The Registry of this Court brings to the notice of the Court that the trial Court informed that the suit itself was disposed on 23.09.2016. 4.

In that view of the matter, no cause survives for adjudication in this revision petition.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Civil Revision Petition shall stand closed.
