HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE RAMESH RANGANATHAN Writ Petition No.12579 of 2007 ORDER:

The relief sought for in this Writ Petition is to direct the respondent to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 22.06.2005 for transferring her pension account from Hyderabad to Peddapally to be paid through her S.B. Account. By way of an interim relief, the petitioner sought a direction that her representation be considered for transferring her pension account from Hyderabad to Peddapply. This Court, by order in W.P.M.P.No.15666 of 2007 dated 18.06.2007, granted interim directions as prayed for. As the interim prayer in the WPMP is similar to the main prayer in the Writ Petition, no further orders need be passed in this Writ Petition.

The Writ Petition is, accordingly, closed.

The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall also stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
