Learned Counsel for the petitioners states that the Commissioner of Health and Family Welfare and Mission Director (NHM), Andhra Pradesh, Amaravathi has issued proceedings, vide Proc.Rc.No.1684/NRHM/M.M.Units/2011, dated 25.3.2017, releasing amounts due to some of the petitioners who had earlier not been made any payment and in view of the said proceeding, the Writ Petition be closed. Recording the same, the Writ Petition is closed. As a sequel, the Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
