(Respondents in-do-) Petition under Section 482 of Cr.P.C praying that in the circumstances stated in the petition, the High Court may be pleased to modify the condition No.1 reducing the surety amount imposed in CrlP NO.3968/2027 dt:2/06/202t by giving liberty to the petitioner to surrender before the concerned SHO. CRLP NOr 3968 OF 2021 Petition under Section 438 of Cr.P.C, praying that in the circumstances stated in the grounds filed in support of the Criminal Petition, the High Court may be pleased to grant Anticipatory Bail to the Petitioner/A-1 in the event of his arrest pending investigation and trial in Crime No.148 of 2027 on the file of Chatrinaka Police Station, Hydera bad The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and the grounds filed in support thereof and the order of the High Court dated 02,06.2027 made in Crl.P. and upon hearing the arguments of Sri D.Sudharshan Advocate for the Petitioner and Public Prosecutor for the Respondent, the Court made the fo llowing .

ORDER

Heard both sides.

In view of the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the application, the surety amount, as directed by this Court vide order dated O2.O6.2O2L in Crl,P.No,3968 of 2021, is reduced from Rs.1,00,00O/- to Rs.75,0O0/- (Rupees seventy five thousand only), and further, 10 days time is granted from todayto petitioner/A1 to surrender before the Station House Officer, Chatrinaka Police Station, Hyderabad, as per the order dated O2.06.2O21 in Crl.P.No.3968 ot 2021, failing which, the police shall take coercive steps against the petitioner in accordance with law, No further extension will be granted. The other conditions imposed by this Court shall remain unaltered.

Accordingly, LA., is ordered.
