When this matter came up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, while producing letter dated 17-6-2017, issued by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Tandur Police Station, Ranga Reddy District, would submit that in Cr.No.87 of 2012 of Tandur Police Station, the case was ended in acquittal (C.C.No.253 of 2012 on the file of J.F.C.M.Tandur) and prayed that this Criminal Petition may be dismissed as infructuous.

Learned counsel for the petitioner reported no instructions. In view of the above submission of learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
