THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE NOOTY RAMAMOHANA RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No. 3200 OF 2013 O R D E R:

This Petition has been filed for quashing the proceedings in Crime No. 387 of 2012 on the file of Nirmal Police Station, Adilabad District. Learned Public Prosecutor has pointed out that after completing the investigation, the police have filed a final report before the Court that the case is a false case.

In that view of the matter, the cause in this Criminal Petition does not survive for further adjudication. Accordingly, it is dismissed as infructuous.
