THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE A.V.SESHA SAI W r it Pet it ion No.8 7 3 1 of 2 0 1 8 ORDER:- Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies. Aggrieved by the Order of appointment of the petitioner as the Fair Price Shop Dealer for shop No.32 of Kaluru-04 village, Pulicherla Mandal, Chittoor District, the 5th respondent herein filed an appeal before the Joint Collector, Chittoor/ the 2nd respondent herein. The 2nd respondent herein/ the Joint Collector vide proceedings No.Roc.C1/ 205/ 2017, dated 01.08.2017 while taking the appeal on file stayed the orders of appointment dated 28.06.2017 issued by the Sub-Collector, Tirupati. The grievance of the petitioner in the present Writ Petition is that despite the lapse of considerable length of time, no final orders have been passed by the Joint Collector on the enquiry initiated and in view of the same, the petitioner herein is sustaining irreparable loss and hardship.
Having heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader and taking into consideration the nature of controversy, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the Writ Petition with a direction to the 2nd respondent/ Joint Collector to complete the enquiry and to pass final orders on appeal filed by the 5th respondent pursuant to the order vide proceedings No.Roc.C1/ 205/ 2017, dated 01.08.2017 within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after giving notice to all the stakeholders.
Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No order as to costs.
Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand disposed of.
