This Civil Revision Petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed by the petitioner, assailing the order, dated 28.09.2012, of the learned Senior Civil Judge, Kothapeta, East Godavari District, passed in I.A.No.346 of 2012 in O.S.No.10 of 2011.

There is no representation for the petitioner. On the previous date of hearing, Sri T.S.N.Murthy, learned advocate, submitted that Sri C.Lakshmana Sarma, learned counsel for the petitioner, passed away and sought time for verifying the status of the suit before the trial Court. Today, there is no representation for the petitioner and the said advocate also. The Registry of this Court brings to the notice of this Court that the suit itself was disposed of on 21.02.2013. In that view of the matter, no cause survives for adjudication in this Civil Revision Petition. 3 .
