HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITION No.38245 of 2016 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed by the petitioner under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a direction to the respondents to consider his representation dated 8.3.2016.

Heard and perused the material available on record. 3.
It is stated in the affidavit that the petitioner took loan of Rs.3 lakhs from the 1st respondent-Bank by depositing his property documents. He cleared off the entire loan amount in the year 2008 and after closing the account, the bank authorities handed over his entire property documents and in the year 2009, the margin amount of Rs.98,000/- was deposited in the loan account. In view of discharge of the entire loan amount, the said amount shall be refunded to the petitioner. He made a representation. But his representation has not yet been considered. 4.
Admittedly, this writ petition does not contain any of the representation made by the petitioner herein. Hence, the petitioner is directed to give a representation to the 2nd respondent herein informing his grievance on or before 22nd December, 2016. On such application being filed, the 2nd respondent is directed to pass appropriate orders, within a period of 15 days thereafter.
