The Court made the following:

HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO ORDER:

This writ petition is filed contending that the representation submitted by the petitioner on 22.07.2015 is not being considered and seeks for direction. In the said representation, petitioner contended that he was on leave from 05.08.2013 to 04.09.2013 and later he fell sick and could not attend the duties for a long time. Having come to know that paper advertisement was published asking the petitioner to rejoin duty, petitioner claims to have reported to duty, but his request to admit to duty was rejected holding that he was absconding from duties.

2. When the matter is taken up for consideration, learned standing counsel produced Hindi version of the proceedings dated 03.05.2014, which discloses the dismissal of the petitioner from the services with effect from 23.04.2014. Since the petitioner was already dismissed from the service, the cause in the writ petition does not survive. Thus, the writ petition is dismissed granting liberty to the petitioner to avail appropriate remedy as available in law against the order of dismissal from the services.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs. ___________________________ JUSTICE P. NAVEEN RAO kkm
