HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.22441 of 2016 ORDER :

This writ petition is filed seeking to declare the inaction of 3rd respondent on the petitioner's representation dated 30.06.2016 against the alleged illegal constructions made by the 7th respondent, as illegal and arbitrary.

Heard learned counsel for the parties.

In view of the directions of this Court in the order dated 12.07.2016, passed in the connected writ petition in W.P.No.22247 of 2016, respondent-authorities are directed to dispose of the petitioner's representation by passing appropriate orders within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, after hearing both the parties.
