HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY CONTEMPT CASE No.1218 OF 2017 O R D E R :

This contempt case is filed alleging violation of order dated 07-02-2017 passed by this Court in WP.No.802 of 2017.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that when this Court directed the respondents to implement certain proceedings in the said order, the Joint Collector rejected the same. On that the petitioners have approached the Government and the Government ordered the District Collector to implement the order dated 16-11-2017. In pursuance to the same, the 3rd respondent-District Collector issued order dated 07-01-2018 to the 6th respondentTahsildar. In view of the same, recording the same, the contempt case is closed.
