When the matter is taken up to-day for hearing, learned counsel for the Revision Petitioner / appellant / respondent submitted that he has no instructions from the petitioner whether he deposited the amount of Rs.1 lakh as directed by this Court vide Crl.RCMP.No.81 of 2013 in Crl.R.C.No.47 of 2013, dated 21.01.2013.

Notice was not issued to the respondent since 2013. 3.

Since there is no compliance of the order by the petitioner as directed by this court in Crl.RCMP.No.81 of 2013 in Crl.R.C.No.47 of 2013, dated 21.01.2013, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed confirming the order passed by the Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Cyberabad in Criminal Appeal No.74 of 2011, dated 20.10.2012. No costs. 4.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any in this Revision, shall stand closed.
