THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE VILAS V. AFZULPURKAR WRIT PETITION No.12117 OF 2015 Date:30.04.2015 Between:

Atluri Narayana Rao .. Petitioner And The State of Telangana, rep., by its Principal Secretary, Home Department, Secretariat, Hyderabad and others .. Respondents

THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE VILAS V. AFZULPURKAR WRIT PETITION No.12117 OF 2015 ORDER:

Heard.

The grievance of the petitioner is that in spite of his complaint, dated 04.04.2015, no action is taken by respondent No.3 against respondents 4 to 7. The instructions of learned Government Pleader for Home show that as per the records of respondent No.3, no such complaint is received by him so far. It is also stated that it is open to the petitioner to approach the respondent Police with fresh complaint and that the respondent Police are ready and willing to take appropriate action based on the complaint.

In view of the same, the Writ Petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to make a fresh complaint by approaching the Station House Officer and if such a complaint is filed by the petitioner, the concerned Station House Officer would take appropriate action. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed. ____________________________ VILAS V. AFZULPURKAR, J 30.04.2015 KH
