It is represented by the learned counsel for petitioner/A6 as well as learned Assistant Public Prosecutor that since final report has already been filed by the police on 27.05 2021 in Cr'No 237 of 2021 on the file of Jubilee Hills Police Station, Hyderabad District' the cause in the criminal petition does not survive for adjudication and the criminal petition has become infructuous.

Recording the aforesaid submission, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Miscellaneous applications, if any pending in this criminal petition' shall stand dismissed.
