Aggrieved by the action of the respondents in trying to install electricity sub-station in an extent of land admeasuring Ac.0-90 cents in Sy.No.142/10 of Palakoderu Harizanawada, Palakoderu Mandal, West Godavari District, belonging to the petitioner, the present writ petition is filed. 2.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue (A.P), on instructions, submits that the land intended for installation of electricity sub-station belongs to Gram Panchayat and it does not belong to the petitioner.

Recording the statement of the learned Government Pleader, this writ petition is disposed of directing the second respondent to ascertain whether the land, in which electricity sub-station is proposed to be installed, belongs to Gram Panchayat or the petitioner and then proceed further by following due process of law. No costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
