THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CIVIL REVISION PETITION NO.4465 OF 2012 ORDER:

This civil revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the order in I.A.No.1018 of 2005 in R.C.C.No.44 of 2001 dated 19.07.2005 passed by the Rent Controller-cum-Principal Junior Civil Judge, Rajahmundry. Aggrieved by the very same order dated 19.07.2005, the present civil revision petition is filed on various grounds. However, it is informed by the office of the Rent Controllercum-Principal Junior Civil Judge, Rajahmundry, that R.C.C.No.44 of 2001 was allowed on 30.07.2007. Hence, in view of the disposal of the suit, the present civil revision petition has become infructuous.

In the result, the civil revision petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous applications pending if any, shall also stand dismissed.
