HONOURABLE SRI J USTICE SURESH K UMAR K AIT CRIMINAL PETITION No. 16679 of 2016 ORDER:

Vide order dated 09.12.2016 this Court directed the Deputy Commissioner of Police, North Zone, Hyderabad to take photographs of marriage which are at Page Nos. 20 to 22 into possession from the petitioner and send them to Forensic Science Laboratory (FSL) for examination and file report thereon. Learned Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondent-State submits that the Deputy Commissioner of Police as noted above has already taken steps in pursuance of the directions passed by this Court, however, till date, he has not received report from the FSL. He further submits that the petitioner filed Writ of Habeas Corpus before this Court vide Writ Petition No. 28434 of 2016 and a Division Bench of this Court interacted with the alleged victim and find that marriage has taken place between the petitioner and de facto complainant.

Vide order dated 09.12.2016 submissions of learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and respondentState were recorded and accordingly enlarged the petitioner on bail on his furnishing personal bond for a sum of Rs.5,000/- with one surety for the like sum to the satisfaction of learned IX Metropolitan Magistrate, Kukatpally at Miyapur. Consequently, the petitioner was released on bail.

In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed in the present petition.

The Criminal Petition stands disposed of.
