O R D E R

As per the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition the case of the petitioner is that he was appointed as Field Assistant vide proceedings in Rc.No.A1/137/2008 dated 04.08.2008 of the Mandal Parishad Development Officer, Mandal Parishad, Mogullapalley.

By order No.HRM/1442/2017 dated 29.12.2017, passed by District rural Development Officer - 3rd respondent, he was removed from service. Aggrieved by the same, the present writ petition is filed.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Ms. Padma Rekha, learned counsel for respondent Nos. 2 and 3.

A perusal of the impugned proceedings dated 29.12.2017, goes to show that no prior notice was issued to the petitioner before terminating his services permanently. This amounts to gross violation of principles of natural justice. On this ground alone, the impugned proceedings are set aside. However, this order will not preclude the competent authority from taking appropriate action against the petitioner in accordance with law by adhering to the principles of natural justice.
