When this writ petition is taken up for hearing, learned Government Pleader for Home (Telangana) appearing for the respondents 1 to 5, on instructions, would submit that pursuant to the report of the petitioner, a case has been registered in Crime No.162 of 2018, by the Station House Officer, Neredmet Police Station, Malkajgiri, Ranga Reddy District, on 17.03.2018 for the offences punishable under Sections 447, 420, 468, etc., of the Indian Penal Code.

In view of the said submission, this Court finds that no cause survives for adjudication in the writ petition. 3.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed in the light of this final order.
