This revision petition is filed under Section 115 CPC assailing the orders dated 06.12.2016 passed in E.A.No.305 of 2016 in E.P.No.128 of 2011 in O.S.No.143 of 2007 on the file of Senior Civil Judge Court, Tadepalligudem, West Godavari District.

Learned counsel for the petitioner present. As per the office note submitted by the Registry, the executing Court disposed of E.P.No.128 of 2011 on 16.04.2018. In view of the disposal of main E.P.No.128 of 2011, the purpose of filing this revision petition became infructuous.

Hence, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
