Heard the learned counsel for petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Municipal Administration appearing for 1st respondent and Sri Y.Rama Rao, learned Standing Counsel appearing for 2nd respondent.

Petitioner had made an application or layout permission on 13-12-2017, and petitioner contends that till date no decision thereon has been communicated by 2nd respondent to the petitioner. 3.

Though time has been sought on two earlier occasions by Sri Y. Rama Rao, learned Standing Counsel for 2nd respondent to obtain instructions, further time is again sought to day. 4.

It is unfortunate that Court's time and energy is being wasted by 2nd respondent in not giving correct instructions to the learned Standing Counsel in the matter.

Therefore, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to take decision on petitioner's application dt.13-12-2017 within three (03) weeks and communicate his decision to the petitioner. The 2nd respondent shall also pay costs of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only) to the High Court Legal Services Committee, Hyderabad.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
