CVNR, J WP 26219/2007 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed for the following substantive relief: "...to issue an appropriate Writ, order or direction, in the nature of Mandamus declaring the order passed by the 1st respondent herein in its proceedings bearing F.No.E1/32/2007 dated 21.11.2007 transferring the petitioner, as being illegal, arbitrary, capricious and mala fide." At the hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner. From the nature of the relief claimed by the petitioner, namely, quashing of transfer order, the grievance of the petitioner might have ceased to survive by efflux of time of more than nine years. Hence, the writ petition is disposed of as infructuous.
