Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies. The Writ Petition is being disposed of at the stage of admission with the consent of parties. The petitioner was appointed as a fair price shop dealer of shop No.50, Appalapuram Village, Banaganapalli Mandal, Kurnool District on permanent basis. The second respondent, by proceedings dated 14.04.2015, issued a show cause notice as well as suspension order. Challenging the same, the present Writ Petition is filed.

In the circumstances, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the second respondent to conduct an enquiry, and complete the same, after giving due opportunity to the petitioner, within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
