ORDER:

This contempt case is filed alleging wilful disobedience of order dt.31.12.2014 in W.P. No.40977 of 2014.

By order dt.31.12.2014, in the above mentioned writ petition, this Court has directed the respondent herein to complete the enquiry and pass a final order within one month from the date of receipt of the order. Alleging that the said order was not complied with, the petitioner filed this contempt case.

In the counter affidavit filed by the respondent, he has inter alia explained the circumstances due to which he could not implement the order within the time limit stipulated by this Court. He has further stated that in obedience to the order of this Court, he has passed an order on 12.6.2015.

Having regard to the explanation offered by the respondent, which I find convincing, and having regard to the further fact that the respondent has passed a final order after completing the enquiry and furnished convincing reasons for the delay in complying with the order of this Court, the contempt case is closed.
