Heard.

The grievance of the petitioner is that though the 2nd respondent vide Proceedings No.H2/1930/2015, dated 13-05-2015, directed respondents 3 and 4 to furnish information as sought for by the petitioner within ten days, so far respondents 3 and 4 have not complied with the same. Hence, the present writ petition is filed.

Though the learned Government Pleader was granted time to get instructions, no instructions are forthcoming. Hence, the writ petition is disposed of directing respondents 3 and 4 to forthwith comply with the order of the 2nd respondent, referred to above. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
