This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India assailing the order dated 18.12.2017 passed in I.A.No.586 of 2017 in O.S.No.1646 of 1988 on the file of I Senior Civil Judge Court, City Civil Courts, Hyderabad. 2.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the petition with a liberty to agitate before the trial Court with regard to their share.

Permission as sought for is granted.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
