ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Civil Revision Petition is filed assailing the ex parte attachment order, dated 02.4.2016, passed by the learned Senior Civil Judge at Karimanagar in E.P.No.127 of 2015 in Arbitration Case No.331 of 2014.

At the hearing, Mr. Ramidi Satyanarayana, learned counsel for the petitioner, has not disputed that his client has a right to approach the executing Court seeking raising of the attachment.

In view of availability of this remedy to the petitioner, we do not find any reason to entertain the Civil Revision Petition at this stage.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to avail the remedy in terms of the observation made hereinbefore.
