This Criminal Pet;tion is filed under Section 482 of the Code of I Criminal Procedure, t973 (for short 'Cr.P.C.') by the petitioneraccused to quash the proceedings initiated against him in C.C.NI.477 of 2017 pending on the file of learned XVII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad, filed for the offences punishable under Sections 354-A and 506 of Indian Penal Code.
2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent No.1 - State. Perused the record.

Since the crime is of the year 2016 and the charge sheet was filed in the year 2018, without going into the facts of the case, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the learned XVII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad, to conclude the process of trial in the above case as expeditiously as possible within a period of four (04) months, in accordance with law, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
With the above observation, the Criminal petition is disposed of.
