THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 10245 OF 2008 O R D E R :

This Writ Petition is filed challenging the inaction of the respondents in taking steps to implement G.O.Ms. No. 438, Industries & Commerce (SSI) Department, dated 05.09.1983 issued in the composite State of Andhra Pradesh. After enacting the Andhra Pradesh Reorganization Act, 2014, in the State of Telangana, with respect to handloom weavers, new policy directions have been framed.

In those circumstances, if the petitioner is otherwise aggrieved with the said policy guidelines, it shall be entitled to make a representation and seek implementation of the same. With the above observation, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs.

Consequently, the miscellaneous Applications, if any shall stand closed.
