This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 7973, is filed by the petitioner/A.10, seeking to quash the proceedings against him in PRC No.9 of 2020 on the file of Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class at Suryapet (arising out of Crime No.38/2020 of Suryapet Police Station). 2.
Heard. Perused the record.

In the course of submissions, it is brought to the notice of this Court by the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor, that the subject case was committed to the Court of Session and regular Sessions Case number is assigned.

In view of the above submission, the petitioner/A.10 is at liberty to work out the remedies available under law 5.
With the above observation, this Criminal Petition is disposed of.
Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
